Why the cap matters

Past twelve people a "coach" becomes a DJ. At twelve, we can fix your squat, load your bar, and know when you're having a rough week.

Blocks, not random

Programming cycles through strength, hypertrophy and power emphases so you're always adapting to something — and can see it in the log.

InBody scans

Every member gets InBody body-composition scans, so progress shows up as numbers — body fat, muscle mass, score — not just feelings.

24/7 included

Every group membership includes keyed access. Extra sled work at 9 PM? Sunday mobility? The floor's open.

FAQ

Group training FAQ

What happens in a group training class?

Sixty minutes: a coached warm-up, a strength block (squat, hinge, press, pull, carry), and a conditioning finisher. Programming runs in 4–6 week blocks so the loads and skills build on each other.

How many people are in each class?

Twelve, max. That cap is the whole point — your coach sees every rep.

Do I need experience with barbells?

No. Coaches teach every lift from the ground up and scale with dumbbells, kettlebells or bodyweight until you're ready.

How often should I come?

Two to three coached sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people, which is why memberships are built around 2x and 3x per week. Use 24/7 open gym for extra work.

How much does group training cost?

Memberships are built around training 2x or 3x per week, and every one includes 24/7 access. We go through options and pricing in person during your free 14-day trial — or book a free consultation and a coach will walk you through it.

Your first two weeks are on us.

Fourteen days. Every class. 24/7 access. No card tricks, no pressure — just come see what coached training feels like.
