How your free class works
Book in 60 seconds
Drop your info in the form below. A coach texts you back — usually same day — to pick the class time that fits you.
Show up and train
Arrive 10 minutes early. Your coach walks you through the space and the plan, scales every movement to you, and you train alongside the people you'd be training with.
Decide on your terms
Afterward, a coach sits down with you, talks through your goals, and walks you through membership options in person — including 24/7 access. No pressure, no pitch.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What does my free class include?
A full 60-minute coach-led group class — warm-up, the day's strength and conditioning work, and coaching on every rep in a class capped at 12. It is the exact experience of membership.
Do I need a credit card to book my free class?
No. Fill out the form and a coach will get you set up. No card, no auto-enroll.
Which class can I take?
Any coached group class on the schedule — Mon & Wed 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 AM & 4:30, 5:30 PM; Tue & Thu 6, 7, 8 AM & 4:30, 5:30 PM; Fri 5, 6, 7, 8 AM; Sat 7:30, 9 AM. Tell us the time that works and a coach reserves your spot.
How much is membership after my free class?
It depends on how often you want to train, so we cover it in person. After your class a coach sits down with you, looks at your goals and schedule, and walks you through the membership options and pricing — no pressure, and no obligation to join. Rather talk it through first? Book a free consultation below or call 978-255-6256.
What should I bring to my first class?
Training shoes, water, and a willingness to be coached. We handle the rest — warm-up, scaling and a plan for what comes next.
