Where is Atlas Fit located?

Atlas Fit is at 1211 Osgood St, Unit 3, North Andover, MA 01845 — on Route 125, minutes from Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence and Boxford, with free parking out front.

Is Atlas Fit open 24 hours?

Yes. Members get 24/7 keyed access to the open gym. Coach-led group classes run weekdays from 5 AM and Saturdays at 7:30 and 9 AM.

How much does a membership cost?

It depends on how often you want to train, so we go through it in person. Start with the free 14-day trial and a coach will walk you through membership options and pricing during your visit — no pressure, no obligation. Rather talk first? Book a free consultation or call 978-255-6256.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — a completely free 14-day trial with full access to open gym and coached small-group classes. No commitment, no card tricks.

Do you offer HYROX training in North Andover?

Yes. Atlas Fit runs HYROX-specific training — sleds, SkiErg, rowing, wall balls, carries, lunges and compromised running — programmed for first-timers through Pro division athletes preparing for HYROX Boston and beyond.

I'm a beginner. Is coach-led group training right for me?

Absolutely. Every class is capped at 12 people and led by a coach who scales every movement to your level. Most members start with zero barbell experience.

What is coach-led group training?

A 60-minute class — warm-up, strength block, conditioning — where a coach actively cues, scales and progresses every athlete. It's personal training energy at a group price.

How is Atlas Fit different from CrossFit or a big-box gym?

Compared to a big-box gym, you get a coach and a plan instead of a keycard and a treadmill. Compared to CrossFit, our programming is strength-first with structured blocks, class caps of 12, and a HYROX-style emphasis on carries, sleds and running rather than high-skill gymnastics or Olympic lifting.

What towns do you serve?

North Andover, Andover, Haverhill, Bradford, Methuen, Lawrence, Boxford, Middleton and Georgetown — most members are within 15 minutes of Osgood Street.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. The whole point of coaching is meeting you where you are. Every movement has a version for you today and a progression for next month.

What is the 6-Week Body Recomp?

A focused six-week block combining coached strength training, conditioning, and nutrition guidance, with before-and-after measurements. It runs in cohorts — ask a coach when the next one starts.

How do I prepare for HYROX Boston 2026?

HYROX Boston is October 8–11, 2026. Our HYROX training program builds station strength, running under fatigue and race pacing over 12 weeks. Start with a free trial and a baseline test.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking in front of 1211 Osgood St.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Monthly memberships cancel anytime. Talk to a coach about holds for travel or injury.

Your first two weeks are on us.
